The party telling you what you need also profits from what you buy. That is a real structural problem and not one a promise fixes, so here is where it stands rather than a reassurance.
Settled: each bookable consultation's fee will be published on this page before it can be booked, and it will be charged whether or not you buy anything.
Not settled: whether any of the fee is credited against hardware and up to what cap, and whether we publish the share of engagements that end in no sale. Both are decisions nobody has made yet. When they are made they will appear here with the date they were made on.
